Dr. Kelley Chester

Dr. Kelley Chester is an informatics leader with more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare information technology and public health informatics fields.  She graduated with a Master of Public Health degree in biostatistics and a doctorate in public health leadership from her alma mater Georgia Southern University.    

Dr. Chester is the founder of two consulting firms, C3 Informatics LLC and Thought Bridge LLC whose consulting practice centers around strategic skills consulting and professional development both domestically and globally.  Her current work involves data analytics, business process analysis, system requirements design, strategic meeting facilitation, and professional development.  Dr. Chester is currently working on several projects related to the COVID-19 response including developing system requirements to track mass vaccinations across the U.S.  She is an affiliated professor with the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University where she teaches informatics and data analysis in the Executive Master of Public Health program. 

Dr. Chester is passionate about women’s issues, especially health and wellness and was honored to deliver a talk at the TEDx Centennial Park Women’s event in 2019.
